Priority Shipping:
For urgent orders (up to 6 kg) to Denmark only you can pay extra for PRIORITY delivery which will normally ensure that the time of delivery is 2 or 3 working days and that we get proof of delivery. This service costs kr. 65,00 in addition to the normal postage charge.
Orders up to 5 kg will be upgraded from Royal Mail airmail to AIRSURE.
Orders from 5 kg to 6,00 kg will be upgraded from Royal Mail airmail to DPD parcel service.

Returns Requests:
Faulty items can be returned – for refunding or replacement, preferably within 30 days.
Catalogue items in good condition can be returned on request – for refunding or replacement, preferably within 30 days.
Non-catalogue items are in principle firm sale – please contact us first!
